'avisynthwrapper.dll' not found

?i downloaded this version "MeGUI.NETv2.0_Bins_0.2.4.1020".
when it is started an err sying "avisynthwrapper.dll not found".its not in the zip file i downloaded.from where do i get thiz file,(i tried earlier version of this dll but no use)
