I think the people who built AACS planned on having one or two DVDs decrypted, not ALL of them. Considering there is very quickly a list of all Volume Unique Keys, are they going to revoke every title on every player? That would absolutely destroy the consumer base for HD-DVDs.
I am assuming it works as follows: A title is cracked, the Volume Unique Key is revoked, the title no longer works on any player whether it is the real or the copied version.
Is this not how it works? What exactly can AACS do about this cracking?
