PAL to NTSC conversion with DVD2SVCD - ??HOW??

Is it possible to back-up a PAL DVD into a NTSC SVCD with DVD2SVCD? How? If this is not possible with DVD2SVCD, how can I do it using another method?

Are there any other methods I could use or try besides the use of DVD2SVCD?

My suggestion would be this, use dvd2svcd to make a NTSC2PAL conversion. Look in the log file, you should be able to get a general idea of which programs I execute. However there are 3 key points:

1. Use WLA to change the AudioLength
2. Edit the AVS file, AssumeGPS(23.976) and make the proper resize
3. Use pulldown after CCE
