How can i convert an interlaced vob in a progressive vob without compressing it?

Well look at my post #42 in this topic, where i said how megui hanfles the d2v produced after i had ignored the pull down flags, and how it analysed it when honoring them. This should mean something right??

Yes, it means that you omitted the most important piece of information, i.e., that the field order correction had kicked in. You're a self-confessed newbie, though, so don't worry about it. :)
