Whenever I try to demux certain VOB files, the audio and video come out too long. It skips certain spots like a broken record. Instead of being about 90 min long, it is over 110! The file plays perfectly with Nero Showtime and WMP.
Can anyone help?

I have tried several. VOBrator, VobEdit, and vStrip. I get the same results from all.

Maybe you would want to try PgcDemux?

Make sure you didn't rip multiple angles.

PgcDemux managed to demux the audio flawlessly, but the video only came out to 58 min. This time, certain moments are played to fast. I tried to lower the frame rate in vdub, but it was off all over the place.
Any suggestions?

Whenever I try to demux certain VOB files What do you mean by "certain VOB files"? Did you rip them from a DVD?

I used PowerISO to copy the disk onto my hard drive.

Try ripping directly from the DVD using DVD Decrypter and disable multiple angle. Then process with DGMPGDec.

This smells so much like a rule 6 violation now that I am closing the thread.
