iPod 5.5G profile in StaxRip

I've had a hard time using MeGUI for the files I need to encode (and the bugs in the current version aren't easy to ignore), so I've been using StaxRip.

Unfortunately, there is no way to import a profile in StaxRip, so I can't encode files with the 5.5G iPod profile without creating my own.

This is what I have in StaxRip:

When I try to encode a file, the muxed output can't play on my iPod. Does anyone know how I can fix this (I submitted an issue on Stax's site, but it hasn't helped)?

1) Do not bump yourself... ever (on any forum). It's common courtesy not to.
2) I'm not good with command lines, but it looks like you're encoding the video in 350 kbps. Why would you need to use a 5.5 profile if you're only encoding it in 350 kbps?

I only bumped the thread because it was off the first page (and my first post was made nine days ago). There's no explicit rule from what I can see against bumping threads, other than making unnecessary posts.

The 350kbps is just a place holder bitrate. I was testing it out on 4:3 content (which I keep at 320), but I want to be able to use the newer profile on widescreen videos.
