I need a GUI (or a program which will encode videos into iPod compatible video with equally as good quality as a GUI) which will allow me to customize the screen resolution (for example, I want 320x170 instead of 320x178 for certain of my videos).

For the moment, meGUI freezes whenever I tell AviSynth Script Editor to open a file (I just downloaded the new version, but it's having the usual problems updating).

3GP will go offsync.

Super won't let me customize the screen size. Using DirectShow and the "Force"-command doesn't actually do anything (that I can tell on my computer).

Try VirtualDub. This will work only with AVIs though, since you can't get AVS to work. Open the file with VDub, go under Video => Filters => Add => Resize and choose your dimensions. Then just choose which compression you want to use and save the file.
