Converting .dat

Which programs are able to convert .dat files to dvd format?

i can't find any threads on this, nor can i find any good programs so far..

do advise.

Hi!

A ".DAT" extension is a general extension that can be used for any kind of data file with any type of data, including audio/video.

What type of data, in what format, is the ".DAT" file that you created?

There's an application called VCDGear that can convert .DAT files to .MPG files.

I don't know whether the resulting MPEG-1 streams will be DVD compliant though....
