I use Megui (x264 frontend) wich uses AVS input.
Is there any known bug-report about codecs aborting
or crashing after a few Megabytes of encode due to Avisynth?
I'm having this problem right now, and I don't know if it's because of Megui (frontend) or a bug in x264 or perhaps in Avisynth.
Any ideas?

I can tell you exactly why nobody is responding to your post:
"I don't know if it's because of Megui (frontend) or a bug in x264 or perhaps in Avisynth."
Remember, when you point fingers, there's three pointing back at you.
This place is pretty unique. The developers actually post and collaborate on these boards.
Summarily dismissing the stability of these products is insulting to these guys,
especially because you go into zero detail as to how you derived your conclusion.

There's known bugs in everything. That's the problem with software, it's even more imperfect than those who build it. ;)
Besides the infamous 1D/10T error, there's a lot that can go wrong, and to help diagnose and solve it a lot of information is needed. This includes a description of the abort/crash (I can think of a half-dozen scenarios and possible reasons for them), including any log if it left one, the script you're using, when it happens, and whether it always occurs, randomly occurs, or only occurs on specific sources/scripts. Of course if it's a specific source, access to that source helps.
A general fix is to make sure you have the latest version of everything you use, which I assume is the case.
