BackupHDDVD won't read source

First off, I am not sure if there was a BackupHDDVD support thread so I started this one.

When I try to run the BackupHDDVD application I get the following error:
Testing Source
Could not find HD-DVD source f:

My source is an Xbox 360 HD-DVD drive connected via USB.

Any ideas would be helpful.

you need to install something, to enable windows to read UDF 2.5
this is the file name.
XBOX360-1.HD-DVDRom.UDF.Reader.v2.5.WindowsXP-BluePrint.rar
