HOW can i use the IFOEDIT reset subtitle ID

I have a DVD i wound reset the subtitle ID 0X020 to ID 0X021

how i can do it

If you want to change the index in the IFO, use pgcEdit. It's better and easier to use.
Open the DVD and open the PGC editor (double click in the PGC on the left side), and change which stream id is assigned to each track

But if you want to change the stream id inside the VOB, the only way is to demux (use pgcDemux) and mux again (use Muxman).
