A simple question: I would like to know the right way to process field based capture and how to apply temporal denoiser. I wasn't able to find anything about it around the web...

To apply a purely temporal denoiser, you don't need to do anything. Just apply it.

Well, the discussion is about a DV capture. I think that DV capture are frame based, not field based.
My capture is done with an AV Master, an mjpeg capture board.

DV is usually interlaced*. There isnt much difference between interlaced DV and interlaced MJPEG footage - except for the field order may be.


*You can of course have progressive DV material
