I have a philips dvd-player, dvp630 in which the CD-upgrade was interrupted before finishing and now the player it is almost dead (it can be turned on and off via remote, but nothing else).
Has someone instructions on how to upgrade it e.g. by a cable to recover it? After all, they did get the software into it the first time and it was certenly not via a CD?
Also, normal praxis is to never erase or overwrite the flash loader itself, so that new software always can be programmed.
