players/capturers that support fm tuners on capture cards

Does anyone know what players/capture programs support listening/recording from capture cards with FM radio tuners? I'm using the ATI 550 theater pro which has one of these and the bundled Cyberlink software does have this but it's a piece of crap and I'd rather use something else. What is available out there that can do this?

You'll be better served using an outside high-quality fm tuner (take your pick, lots of portables are good these days, along with real stereos) plugged into your line-in jack. Much less expensive that way too, especially if you already have a good tuner lying around.
