blur only few frames

Hi, i have a DVB recording, which has the logo of the station in an edge. I know how to blur that in the whole movie with delogo. But now i noticed, that on some scenes, there are flashes with hints for following broadcasts.

Now how can i blur both, the watermark and the flashes?

Is it possible to load delogo 2 times?

Yes it is possible even more, and remember to set frame range where delogo action will be active.
