I have been experiencing total system freezes for a minute or so and resumption on its own whenever I use virtualdub to open an AVIfile with audio. If I opt for no audio then it does not freeze. My input is Ulead captured digicam output. Ulead processes to DV2 AVI format.
Even if I input through Avisynth this happens. If I kill audio then I do not have problem.
What could be my problem? My system is AMD XP Athlon 2000+, 500mb RAM, 40GB HDD, MSI K7 Mainboard, Windows XP proffessional.
