Any extra config, or tricks to this?
Trying an svcd guide at http://www.geocities.com/bug2kbug/content.htm and I cant get flask to work. Also in the guide, it says to open you vobs, well, how tha heck do you open more then one vob in flask? What am I not understanding with Flask?

In the standard version 0.6 release you can't open multipe vobs, there are however some fixes, either use the thunder mism plugin or subtitles fix for version 0.6.

What do you think of this program?
With the cce plugin, do you think its a good solution?
I recieved a post from someone saying it can decode the vobs right off the dvd? Is that cool or what?

what do you think?

I don't have much experience with Xmpeg, I like flask0.6 with the subtitlesfix because it offers perfect ifo parsing (in my experience).

I think encoding directly from the DVD is a very bad idear. because reading from the dvd is never 100% stable, copy protection and scratches on the dvd can disrupt reading, this might cause your encoding to crash halfway through.
