I don't know why i am getting this error while i am opening MeGUI Or Nandub Or VirtualDub. Plz Help me guyz. It was all working fine before. But after i formatted my pc i am getting this error. Help from u guyz will be much appreciated.

These should come with Windows XP SP1. They also come with the .Net 1.1 redistribution. If that's too much of a pain, a quick google always turns up download sites. Microsoft removed its download sometime back.
