Average Delay to encode to div-x format

Hummm is it normal that it could take 32hour's to encode the output file to div-x format !?
And is it normal that my laptop stop's working for no reason !? ..

well that depends on a lot of things, first of all your processor speed, but also iDCT algorithm (use the mmx one), and ofcause the frame size, and also if your system is low on ram (128 MB or less) you can also run into problems.
