frame structure please help (bad deinterlaced or interlaced made from progressive)

Hi folk!
Recently I ripped one music DVD by DVD Decrypter? after I make d2v project by DGIndex, during preview DGIndex determine like interlace source.
Below parameter frame from Bitrate Viewer:
Pic. structure: Frame
Field topfirst: Yes
DCT type: Field
Quantscale: Nonlinear
Scan type: ZigZag
Frame type: Interlaced
I try meGUI analyse tool, and determine like progressive.
Source look like progressive, but not totaly deinterlaced or may be this source made from progressive frame after conversion to interlaced.

Neuron2 now I try precise.
This music DVD 2001 year.
Strange source when I 3 years ago try many encoder for DV to DVD conversion I remember that same type stream made Canopus Procoder for DV source. I try use different bobber (bob, kernelbob and even mvbob) all get same result little better than source and I see motion only when change even frame to odd. If this source was initialy interlaced I want get it and make deinterlace, if initialy source was progressive I want restore it. Also I will try deblocking use blindpp() for deblocking.

Well I'm still learning, but this is what I can tell. It's TFF interlaced PAL.

bob().selectodd()


looks ok to me, but it's probably just a place to start. Pretty soft, but that's typical with a dumb bob(). Replacing bob() with tdeint(mode=1) creates jaggies, which I don't really understand.. :)

Thank You for reply, I try bobber including mvbob without SelectX() and I see motion only in even frames, in pure interlaced source I see motion at any frame.

May be any can speak about this source. It is not pure interlaced source, or problem with MPEG2 stream. I analyse with Bitrate Viewer maximum quantizer 12 and averaged 5. May be this source can not impoved?
