streaming DVB over a LAN

Hi, is there some software which will allow me to stream DVB-T over a LAN? Preferably some kind of Java applet on HTTP... ?

I think VLC can do this

VLC can only handle DVB devices under linux. If you're on windows look for webscheduler with the dsnetworking mod.
