Megui Resize avc how?

hi all,
I'm starting to do alot of encodes to plaback on my xbox using Megui. My question is there an easy way to resize the xbox encoded video with no quality lost? I want to playback on the psp. I want to avoid re-encoding the video just want to resize to 480x272.

I know how to resize with megui but i want to resize without encoding is it possible? I know with vdub i can resize an xvid. Can i do similar with megui for x264?

The plain and simple answer to "can I resize without re-encoding" is a big red fat NO.

Whatever you're doing with vdub isn't what you think you're doing, because it's just technically impossible :/
