I have this problem where I have encoded a DVD rip and when I play it on my TV using DVP-642 player I have a green line on the bottom of the video. When I play the file on my laptop or desktop there is no green line.
Black areas of the frame were cropped and the video was resized to 704x296 which is a mod 8 so it should be fine.
What is the problem?
