So I'm having a strange problem playing wmv files in media player classic (6.4.9.0). At certain times, the video quality stutters... usually when I click on the progress bar. I'm 2 weeks into a clean install of windows; I've installed WMP11 and this version of ffdshow:

It's only an issue with MPC; winamp, WMP11 and irfanview do not have this problem. Even VLC doesn't (though it has its own problems... the quality in vlc is bad).
