I just tried to make a SVCD with the CCE guide that Doom9 site gives.

I have two questions/problems. The first one is that when i got done with creating the SVCD and tried to burn the program with NERO. It told that the Video part of the file was not correct. It said that i needed 480x480 @ 29.97Hz. My file was at 480x480 @ 23.976. I don't really know what i did wrong. Do i have to start the whole thing over or can i just create a new video file and multiplex that. My audio part seems to be fine. Another problem that doesn't deal with actually burning is that i got the crack for NERO, but when i try to run cover designer, wave editor, and some other programs that NERO made says "your demo version has expired". i have tried to unistall NERO and reinstall it, but it didn't change anything. Is there a file that NERO created on my computer that says how many day i have used NERO?
My second question is what program should i use when i want to split the SVCD into two files. There is a part the CCE guide that tells you to use bbMPEG and there is a part where you put a max file size, but i still came out with one file. Am i doing this wrong or are you supposed to use another program to seperate the file. The part tell you to use this is Step 9b - Remux and Split.
I got most of the programs that the guide told me to get. I got the crack for NERO and CCE, so i don't think it is from not having the full version.
