I want to input AC3 audio(25fps) in x264 with 23.976fps?

I have the AC3 audio stream from PAL DVD with 25fps and I need to put this stream in x264 HDTV 720p with 23.976fps. I try first with MeGUI, but when I start the program it shows me this error:

First: Can I fix the problem with MeGUI?
Second: If the program works well, will the audio be synchronised?

The audio don't have framerate then don't need be modified.
Another question is if you want synchronize one audio from one source with a video from other source then the answer is unknown. At least the duration must be the same.

I synchronize the audio with BeLight, but now I need to put this audio into the movie. I instal other version of MeGUI, but I still have the same problem. Then I try to instal the program on another PC and it shows me the same error. I read small part of "MeGUI: General Questions and Troubleshooting Thread" but I still don't know the answer :confused:
