Friends i'm trying to encode some movies AAC 5.1 LC but i'm scared about correct AAC channel order i dont want to make a mistake then newer going back look at this example, this is the correct channel order for a Nero AAC 5.1 LC VBR Ultra Transcoding???
"C:\SOUNDTEST\Audio\LST0HLT1_L.wav"
"C:\SOUNDTEST\Audio\LST0HLT1_R.wav"
"C:\SOUNDTEST\Audio\LST0HLT1_C.wav"
"C:\SOUNDTEST\Audio\LST0HLT1_LFE.wav"
"C:\SOUNDTEST\Audio\LST0HLT1_Ls.wav"
"C:\SOUNDTEST\Audio\LST0HLT1_Rs.wav"
and someone can get me a 5.1 WAV with speaking the channel order then i get back to yours to test if i was encoded correctly :D

The one you posted is correct WAV order (also DTS uses that order and some others).
If the AAC encoding tool does proper channel mapping when encoding, the most usual scenario asks for a WAV with correct WAV order. Nero AAC encoder CLI has proper mapping. As long as your WAV is correctly mapped as a multichannel WAV, you will have no problem.
As for a surround test sample, here you have it:

OK, thanks friend i dont have surround speakers i will buy some but can you test my MP4 for me???
http://www.badongo.com/file/1962192
Can also u send me this test in Dolby Digital 5.1 AC3 format??
Because i want to transcoder from Graphedit
(File Source Async (yourfilesource.ac3) + Ac3 Parser Filter + Cyberlink Audio Decoder 7.2 Ultra (PDVD7) + Nero Digital AVC Audio Encoder (AAC LC VBR Ultra Transcoding) + Nero Digital AVC Muxer + Nero Digital AVC File Writer (yourfilename.mp4)
to see the results if the Filter encode correctly because from one version to the last Nero Directshow Encoders i have some size problems one is more big then other, i want to make some test then return to you to test in your surround system :)
Thanks

The DS encoder Nero Digital AVC Audio Encoder may have different behaviour about channel mapping, I have v2.6.4.97 and need a channel order C,FL,FR,SL,SR,LFE.
Is strongly recommended use the CLI encoder NeroAacEnc.exe instead the DS encoder. With GraphEdit you need remap the channels (not possible with PDVD6 I don't know with PDVD7) using ffdshow like ac3 decoder and Swap channels:
FL -> FR
FC -> FL
FR -> FC
BL -> LFE
BR -> BL
LFE -> BR

Like tebasuna51 said, itīs highly recommended to use the standalone CLI version of Nero AAC encoders rather than the ones that come in the Nero package.
We used to have a lot of issues regarding mapping with the package ones, that we never came across with the CLI.
I tested your MP4, and yea, itīs properly mapped, but why the garbling sound at the beginning of the sample?
What options did you use?
Cheers.

OK, friend i show you what options i used it:
I was encoded with Directshow using: File Source Async +
Wave Parser + Nero Digital AVC Audio Encoder with these options: LC + VBR Ultra Transcoding + Nero Digital AVC Muxer + Nero Digital AVC File Writer.
The garbling at the beginning of the sample is a glitch???
Thank you SeeMoreDigital for the samples i will encode then back to you to test it :D
