AC3 -> AAC with NeroAacEnc settings question

Hi all,

I've got simple question, is it "wise" to use this settings for 64kbit movie audio track?

neroaacenc -br 64000 -2pass -hev2 -if a.wav -of a.mp4

Is a user choice and can vary with the sources but the limits can be:

hev2 < 48000 <= he < 98000 <= lc

then for 64000 b/s is recommended -he:

neroaacenc -br 64000 -2pass -he -if a.wav -of a.mp4

What about 6ch encoding, is it better to use he or he v2?
