IFO Parsing GUI?

Ive been playing around with Nero Recode but im not happy with the results, are there any x264 GUIs out there that parse IFOs like Nero Recode?

I.E. I can point the GUI to ripped DVD directory and it will look at the IFO and let me choose the Episodes and then able to do a batch encode?

Saves having to make a seperate D2V+AVS file for each episode.
