How to make virtualdub more accurate in cutting help please!

Hi!

I'm new here so all my apologize if I post in the wrong section!

When I cut movies in virtualdub each time it doesn't cut the video at the marked selection but always cut at the previous keyframe so the jod is not done good!
So is there any settings I've missed in virtualdub I've all the versions (virtualdubmod, virtualdub mpeg2 and the original one)!

You can't cut "in" on anything but a keyframe with VirtualDub or any of its variants. Your only option with it is to re-encode a section between the keyframes where you want to cut and use more keyframes, then cut and splice those segments where you need them. You may find it easier to encode the movie into equal parts with your cut selections done manually beforehand.
