recommended mp4 editor?

I just encoded my first video using MeGUI and it looks impressive. The learning curve was steep, but thanks to some of the posts here and the guys over at videohelp.com I figured it out.

I would like to know if there is a recommended video and audio mp4 editor. I used Nero's AAC codec to encode the audio stream and I noticed that the volume seems a little low. Is there a program that I can use to increase the volume of the audio stream? In the past I used to use VirtualDubMod to do this but it won't open my audio stream. I also would like to trim a little of the video stream.

Is there a recommended mp4 editor for x264 encoded video and Nero AAC encoded audio? Thanks.

Ya, use MP4Box to edit and use Belight with Besweet BSN plugins to encode higuest quality audio, i always use these programs

avidemux is a good editor for MP4s. it's like virtualdub.

I'm using belight and I've run into a problem. It won't encode anything. I've downloaded the latest beta verison of Belight and put Besweet in the same directory but when I queue a job it immediately starts and then finishes the job. I've attached a screen shot that shows the log, as you can see, the job is done instantaneously. What am I doing wrong?


Edit: Okay, I got it to work using LAME, mp2, WAV, and AC3, but Vorbis and Nero AAC won't work. I have the aac.dll and aacenc32.dll (for Nero) in the same directory as besweet is there anything else I need to install? Am I missing a dll?
