Hey guys, i am keeping on getting this error on both GUI's when it uses the AVIMux_GUI.exe tool. The error message is "file is already in use" C:\xxx\xxx\audio.mp3. I also get the messeage when i use ac3 too.
Could someone help me its frustrating. BTW both are all new builds that i am using.

in one of the latest automkv build (64a) i added a delay of 5000 milliseconds (5 seconds) before avimux_gui start encoding.

What happen if you mux manually ?

if isn't fuctional... i must know what settings (and pc specs/antivirus) are you using. Please post the full log and if you have a small sample please post it.

also please try re-downloading 0.64b www.64k.it/andres/data/a/AutoMKV064b.exe and www.64k.it/andres/data/a/DivXMux.exe , yes i added divxmux support (put divxmux.exe into \exe\matroska folder)
Select avi container and in advanced options check use divxmux

i hope that help ! :o

so you have xp media center ?...
could be that xp is analyzing/adding to some lists the audio files ?

if you select ac3 audio (original) do you have the same error ?

Okay well i took your advice and tried some other stuff. First i tried with no audio it worked for the first time, i did a sample file in MkvMagic. Then i tried to do a whole file again i found something interesting. I get the error "No Video Sequence header found", then after i click okay i get this one "No Data check your PIDS". So first like you said i thought it was my pc, then i tried it on my laptop running XP Home SP2. I do the first sample rip and it does it, then for some reason i said finished outputting, with no .avi files. So i go back again then i get the same error:"No Video Sequence header found", then after i click okay i get this one "No Data check your PIDS".
I don't know why this is happening it seems that once you program goes through .ifo files it writes something to it, that one the second time you use it you cant use it. I confused my self there.
BTW Happy New Year

Okay i made some progress today i found why i got the error, and a way to pass that. The solution was to close dgindex and then it will continue with its encoding. Well i let it do an xvid encode for 4hr's 2pass by the way. Well after all that time. It said finished i was happy to see my final output. I open the folder there are no avi file. I will attach the log tomorrow and may be u can tell me what i am doing wrong.
