DVD Decrypter ripping problems (newer movies)

I actually use DVD Decrypter 3.5.4.0 and today for first time, I was not able to rip the following movies:

Pirates of the Caribbean 2 - it shows first error messages like "Sector 158854 - Pack Header Not Found (0x00000000)".

Ice Age 2 - decrypting stops at 26% after read errors with 39 retries and showing a I/O error.

A movie, which I ripped yesterday, was done without any problems.

Any ideas how to solve this problem? Is this a problem of my device or just of the movies?
