Output file textbox not editable (why?)

Hi,

Using AutoGK 2.40. I selected a VTS_04_0.IFO file for Input File text box.

The Output file is empty and I cannot type. I have to browse to a folder and type a file name in the "Save As" dialog box.

If I click on the Browse button of the Output file textbox again (the button at the right side of the textbox), and click on Cancel. Then the Output file textbox become blank.

This behaviour is different than the usual Windows GUI. Is there any reason for the Output File textbox not editable?

That's just how it works, and has always been since at least version 2.16.

Confusing and not standard GUI behaviour. When encoding several episodes, it would be much simpler to type the final AVI name rather than doing mouse clicks + folder navigation + retype new name like currently.

There should be a good reason for the author to impose such a constraint. But I don't see it right now.
