file doesn't open on dvd shrink

I have used dvd shrink for a long time and then I got a dvd that it wouldn't except. I tried everything that I could find on what to do with dvd shrink to open the file. I had no problem with dvd decrypter but I just can't open anykind of file with dvd shrink. Please help

Try ripping your DVD(s) using the easy to use "RipIt4me" package (Incorporates RipIt4Me, DVD Decrypter, FixVTS, and DVD Shrink). You can download this excellent freeware from:
