By now, I use TMPEG DVD Author for authoring, but this program do not allow to me lot of things, like NTSC and PAL in single DVD etc.
But I bought some 4-in-1 and 3-in-1 DVDs, consists from different formats (PAL + NTSC + NTSC letterbox etc.)
Please, suggest program I can use to produce "mixed formats" DVDs.

Hi!I use TMPEG DVD Author for authoring, but this program do not allow to me lot of things, like NTSC and PAL in single DVD etc.Actually, it should allow you to do this, as long as you create them as separate TITLES, by using the "Add new track" selection for each...

Dumb question... What version you use?
Try to make, as you say. TMPEG DVD Author 1.6.26.73 forbids this action, while I try to save project:
*You cannot mix NTSC and PAL on a single DVD.
You cannot mix NTSC and PAL on a single DVD.
Please use either NTSC or PAL format.
For a standard DVD, you cannot mix NTSC format (mainly Japan and North America) and PAL format (mainly Europe) on the same DVD.
Please author these to another DVD-Video in a new project.
Or capture the clips using either NTSC or PAL format.

However, I am very surprised that whatever application allows the production of such totally out of specs mix. A DVD-VIDEO can be just either NTSC or PAL...

Existing lot of such disks tells me, that software, allowed mixed disks, is wide distributed. :)
I make DVD only for my own use. All stand-alone players, which I try, successfully recognized and played this "mixed" disks.
And I hate software, whitch do not allow to MYSELF decide between selection - make strictly compatible with outdated standard disk, or not. I hate programs, designed with primordial conviction that all users are idiots and creator better knows, what they needs.
My friends gives to me "mixed" DVDs every week, but no one reported any problems with they. For a long time standalone players evoluted to widening their playing capabilites to satisfy users requirements, not for restrict they to following outdated standards.
For me this task very important, because our licensors frequently make 3-in-1 and 4-in-1 disks from 1 good, 1 average, and 1-2 dumb, uninterest or unwanted movies. For me it is inacceptable to copy disk with only one liked by me movie. I want to compile disks, which completely pleasing to me :)
Sorry my terrible English :(

Of course, ultimately, the decision shoudl be yours if you want to create a 'mixed' disc. However, authoring applications are written with the DVD Standards in mind, so that any disc created can play on any machine. As soon as an authoring app allows out-of-spec discs it is asking for trouble - no authoring app should allow this. And if they do, there should be a MASSIVE warning before compiling. I myself toyed with this idea of allowing 'mixed' discs in DVDPlanner, but soon dropped it because of potential issues.

Sonic Reel DVD 3.1.3
No one allow me to mix PAL and NTSC. http://forum.sources.ru/smiles/Main/wall.gif
DVDShrink - allows, but how to create menu?
Please, who knows - tell me. It is really possible - many existing 3-in-1 and 4-in-1 DVDs mixed from movies in both formats. http://forum.sources.ru/smiles/Main/cry.gif

You havent tried DVD lab pro, did you ???.
I have created so many mixed DVD's using it without any problems, as long as your SAP supports it.
