using DVD2SVCD on vobs on h/d

I have several dvds allready ripped to my H/D using smart ripper( i was using dvd2avi tempeg ect to convert to svcd) can I use DVD2 SVCD for the conversion by bypassing the rip stage and if so how do I do it thanks .....

If i am recalling right. when i use smartipper and dvd2svcd i just load the ifo file that smartripper puts on the hardrive and dvd2svcd goes from there

I did try that with US Seals 2 and it would not accept it ......will go back and try again with another movie :confused:
