Hi. which settings are used for 60 % quality encoding. For xvid and divx codec. I am trying to use same settings in mencoder. I guess some combination of qval min and max?

Ok,

Make an encode with AGK to access the settings. Once the encode is finished it will be persistant until next encode; For xvid (1.2), check:

Programs -> Xvid -> configure encoder
and get your settings for 1st, 2nd pass, zone options, profile and other options.
I don't use Divx but should be similar...

You can also post your AGK logfile if you need more infos about it.
