Need Help - Resize / Shrink a VCD Movie

Hi all,

Can somebody please help me to guide, how can we shrink / resize a VCD movie into a smaller size without reduction of video quality.

Many VCD movies are on 2 VCDs means size of a complete movie is about 1.4 GB but on different forums boards these movies are available in AVI format with half size about 700 mb.

So please guide me how can I easily resize movies like these for uploading in DT.
