Hi, I'm having some problems converting divx videos in TPMGEnc Xpress. I keep getting this error message:

I googled for a while and found some sites that seemed to indicate it was an audio problem. So I installed ffdshow as I knew it could play a lot of different types of audio & video.
On one computer, this seems to have fixed the problem. TPMGEnc Xpress can now read & convert both the video and audio of any Divx file to DVD.
On another computer, I am still getting the same error message even though ffdshow is installed. I checked (via BSPlayer's filter options) as to which codecs where being used when playing the divx file.

As you can see, the comp that isn't working is using a different audio filter. I have exported the ffdshow settings from the working computer to the non-working comp, but it still doesn't use the same audio filter.
Does anyone know how I can fix this?
