Is it relevant whether it's "finished" or not? It's not like development happens behind closed doors and you can only access it once it's released.

tsp will build a newer version of MT for Avisynth 2.5.7.
He's waiting for the final version of Avisynth 2.5.7 before he starts to build it I gather.
