I am looking for a box that will connect to my TV and play DivX/XviD movies that are on my server. Preferably via WiFi. This box does not need to DVD player in it.

Anyone know of something like that?

I saw this at Best Buy a few weeks ago. I looked all over the box and it did not say that it was DivX certified. So I assumed it had problems and was looking for something else.

You never know when you see a product like this that is not DivX certified if it was because the product did not pass or they did not want to pay the fee.

I have not read the reviews; I will do it.

Thanks!

If you do a search for DSM-320 and Divx in Google, most people in forums state that Divx is supported. There do seem to be some negative reviews. The DSM-520 supports HD.

You might also want to do a search for the Pinnacle ShowCenter 200.

Thanks I did not see it.

This thread was from March and the ADS box is discontinued, snazio is not in the states and the D-Link is getting bad reviews.

Any comments on the buffalo unit?

I found that a iMac mini running VLC is pretty good box!!

Anyone have any experience with the Xbox Media Center, that will be my next task.
