Latest is dev-SVN-r21468-4.0.3, but I am not sure I enabled pthreads for the cpu runtime build. It is definatly enabled for the AMD64 build. Also the P4 and P-M builds.

maybe my mirror is bad, I have Dec 03.
Could you please enable it for cpu runtime? I prefer to bundle 1 exe than 6 :)
