What's the status on Avisynth 3?

I was considering trying something wild and zany with Avisynth but, if development on version 3.0 is going well (and not just vaporware), I might try working on that, instead.

So, how is Avisynth v3.0?

It's kinda stalled at the time, since i am lacking time to work on it.

But it doesn't need that much to be done to reach an usable state, and eventually I will do it.
