I am encountering a problem doing a d/l from the last 3 updated versions of this program.
The version 6.0.9.2 kept coming up with an error that I did not have a burner or to redownload any dvd.
I checked and my external burner was definitely working and recognized in My Computer and when I did the d/l, I rebooted as I always do.
Then shortly thereafter there was a update version 6.0.9.5, so I deleted the version that was not working and did a d/l of my original version when I purchased the program and got the key.
Everything opened up fine and my serial number was shown.
So I tried to d/l this version and the Fox on the desktop was a faded red and would not open and there was no fox in the task bar so i knew the program was not working.
I uninstalled this version and d/l again my original purchased version and installed the latest 6.0.9.7 and still the same problem a faded red fox on the desktop and none in the task bar after the reboot. The program will not open?
What I do notice is after I d/l the new version and " run " it that the original purchased version of the red fox in the task bar disappears???
Is this supposed to happen and then have it reappear upon reboot??? B/C it does not reappear after Reboot ??
