svcd cut

hello i made a svdc constant bitrate Xmpeg + Lsx plugin.But i cant cut it with TMPenc give me an error code in windows xp. When i cut the movie with mpeg-vcr it cuts fine but Nero is complaning the file is not for svcd???????????

Try demuxing (bbdmux or tmgenc) and muxing (using bbmpeg) your file(s), either the uncut or the cut ones.
Chances are you will then be able to either open it in tmpgenc for cutting or Nero will accept your cut files as compliant (I assume they really are compliant :))... good luck.
