Dear all,
I know maximum bitrate that allowed in DVD / VOB files is 9000 and for AC3 Compression is 448. But what about buffer rate control? I always use 224 for buffer rate control, but what is the maximum number that allow? I am not to satisfied with the quality at 224, is there any improvement that I can do?
