Ripping Audio from H264 .avi

Im trying to rip the audio from a H264 .avi file I have. I tried the usual programs I use to rip the audio, Virtualdub/Nandub, but nither program can handle H264 files. Any suggestions?

avi is avi... every program able to handle avi can split the streams.
just install a VFW decoder for h.264 (ffdshow has it in VFW configuration) and procees as usual.
