Hello
Got myself a Wii and started playing with its photo/audio/video features. According to the manual it supports:
- jpeg baseline up tp 8192x8192 pictures
- .mov and .avi video with motion jpeg and audio (manual: "The audio components of some video files may not be playable")
- .mp3
These files can be accessed by SD memory card. I guess its ment that you can insert you SD card from a cell phone or digi camera and view the content.
Only way to play mp3 files from what i found is when viewing the photo slideshow.
Converted some clips with VDub compressing the video with Morgan M-JPEG V3 codec and mp3 as audio, these videos can be played back on the Wii but without sound. Does anyone know what type of audio digi cameras put in videos you record? Would be cool to get some sound also :)
