Best software to print a 10*6 pages poster?

Hi all,
wondering if you can come up with some ideas on software to print a big poster from one of my favorite photos from the latest trip to Egypt.
I planning to stick it on the wall.
I tried to use PhotoShop, but I am not so experienced in it.

If you have favorites - a download link or ideas on where to get hold of it would also be appreciated!

I Google searched for "poster print" and came up with many sources, most of which are not free, but there was one shareware Mac program.

and made poster.
